STTC 2009 Fall Open Tournament announcement

STTC will be hosting its Fall Tournament on Saturday, October 17th, 2009. Here is the entry form (PDF).

STTC 2009 Fall Tournament Information

Date: Saturday, October 17th, 2009

Time:
9:00am	Juniors (class A & B)
9:00am	Seniors
10:30am	Singles(class A, B & C)
Doubles will start directly after singles.
Note: Players not present when match is called will be defaulted.

Cost: Singles $10, Doubles $5, Juniors, $5, Seniors $5 (please make checks payable to STTC)

Deadline for entry: October 16th, 2009 - 6:00pm (you may sign up for doubles at the event)

Location: 501 South Douglas, Springfield, IL (map)

Events:
Junior A Singles (age 13 to 19)
Junior B Singles (12 & below)
Senior Singles (50 & above)
Class A Singles
Class B Singles
Class C Singles
Class A Doubles (Open)
Class B Doubles (No Class A players)

Placement in classes will be at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director, based largely on USATT ratings. All events are round robin. Matches are best of 5 games. The Tournament Director reserves the right to change format to best accommodate the number of entries.

Where We Play

The Sangamon Table Tennis Club meets every Tue, Wed, and Thu night from 6pm to 10pm at Douglas Avenue United Methodist Church

501 South Douglas Avenue, Springfield, IL (map, parking on south side of church)
